1. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Fin-Bridge service subscription at any time, subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your service:

1. Send an email to finbridgesolutionssmc@gmail.com
2. Include your account name and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days
4. You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is processed

3. Cancellation Periods

• Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund
• Within 7 days of activation: Partial refund (50%)
• After 7 days: No refund, service continues until end of billing period
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months (after 7 days)

4. Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the dashboard will be revoked at the end of the billing period
• All stored data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
• Pending transactions will be completed normally
• API keys will be deactivated immediately

5. Refund After Cancellation

If eligible for a refund:

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your account:

• You can reactivate within 30 days of cancellation by contacting support
• After 30 days, a new account registration is required
• Previous data cannot be guaranteed after the 30-day retention period
